The space
Private ground floor queen bedroom suite with full bath, walk-in closet, smart TV and workspace located in a shared two story townhome. Your suite is just inside the main entrance, and across from the shared kitchen. You also have full access to the dining nook, living room, screened porch with view of the pond, backyard, laundry and free parking. Upstairs is the home owner's rooms and the only private space not available to guests.

Other things to note
This private space in a shared home is ideally suited for a quiet individual couple, or remote worker! Cat-friendly well-behaved dogs welcome, but my cat Rocky prefers to be the only cat.

I moved to Aiken from Seattle in 2008 to work in the thriving equestrian industry here. The small-town friendliness, history, and beauty of the area worked its magic on me--I married a local and now we enjoy welcoming others to Aiken, too! I own and run two small local businesses, Aiken Vacation Rentals and Equestrian Ethos. My husband Jeremy is a social worker. We have a dog Atticus and cats Neville and Minerva. Yes we are also nerds.
